I am a highly ethical coach, committed to my own personal and professional development. I have my own coach and I work hard to maintain my networks. I love researching new tools and techniques and I am an active participant in my local (Guildford) coaching network. I am trained in several psychometric assessments and I really enjoy utilising them in my coaching practice. I am often trialling new methods, tools and techniques with a long-term view of incorporating into my programmes.

I adopt a client-led approach to my coaching and mentoring. In the current climate, I deliver my programmes online via Zoom/Teams and I hope to offer a blend of face-to-face and virtual sessions, once Covid-19 restrictions allow.

A typical programme* with me usually consists of

  • 1 x goal-setting meeting
  • 6 x  (90-minute) coaching sessions
  • 1 x end-of-programme review meeting

*The pace of the programme will be led by you. Sessions would typically be spread out at six- to eight-week intervals.

I also offer “mini” coaching programmes to suit your need and budget as well as pay-as-you-go coaching sessions. Rates will be discussed in person and discounts are available when booking for two or more people.
