I am an HR consultant with over 20 years in the passenger transport industry.

As an ex-HR director I have extensive experience in people management, industrial relations, employee engagement, and change management. It does not take me long to build rapport, assess a situation and integrate myself into a team. I love solving people-related problems and working with others to tackle those thorny issues.
